Chinese ATV Suspension
I have a marathon I am currently building. I am going to eliminate the front solid axle suspension and put in an ATV suspension up front as my golf course is rroouugghh. I came across a cheap ($75) chinese atv, looks like it was a 90cc. Will this be too small to use on my marathon (aka, hold the weight) or should I look for a full size four-wheeler.

Re: Chinese ATV Suspension
No way that will be big enough. You’ll need something bigger.
Think about it, 150-200 lb ATV meant for little kids. Or 1000 lb golf cart. |

A full size sport atv will work well (at a minimum). I've been using a 1995 Yamaha Warrior atv front end for years and years and have had no failures. ATV's from the big 4 are all over engineered and overbuilt. In stock form these atv's can withstand mx track races with dozens of jumps per lap. |
