I ended up fixing the problem. Got the toe-in to measure right about 1/8" which is what jakes recommends. I ended up getting nuts for the rod loose, disconnected the lubrication joint, and turned to steering rod till the toe in was at the proper distance. Ended up busting up some knuckles getting the nuts loose but sacrifices must be made.
