Default Clicking from the rear of the Cart

I tried cleaning the brakes, that was not it.
I checked bearing both front and rear, no change.
I checked the splines on the axle tight no wear and no change in clicking.
I tried spaying garage door hinge spray on the leaf springs. WALA, when I did this it got worse. I new now it was the leaf springs. I think the hinge grease loosed the rust between the leafs just enough to make it louder and more often.

I took the leaf springs completely off the cart, took them apart and cleaned each leaf with a detergent and a lot of wire brush scrubbing. I then spread a thin coat of High Presure grease on both sides of each leaf that would touch another leaf. Put em back together and back on the cart. Out for a ride in the Quietest ride since I bought th cart.

In time that layer of grease because you dont have a dust boot like a CV joint will attract dust and dirt and turn into and abrasive. You may just want to clean them real good and paint them or have them powdercoated. There is a reason in the 80 years leafs have been made they didnt come greased.

If it clicks one more time, I will buy new leaf springs for it. This should last about 5 years as is. I don't use it on anything but grass and blacktop. No dirt here.

Yea, I have used that high presure molly on log chain pins and farm machinery that is out in the open with no issues. It will hold up to rain, snow and even mud.
