Voltmeter on m- and on main negative. Push pedal and voltage goes away. Voltage also goes away on f/r A terminal when pedal is pushed. Cart tries to move at full pedal but that's all it will do is just try to move.

There is no voltage present on small solenoid terminals unless pedal is pushed and then voltage will be on positive side of solenoid small right side terminal as you face it. The red wires.

Scotty, m- to b+ = battery voltage. When checking A on f/r to main neg there is voltage. When you press throttle voltage steadily goes away

If you want to test the controller see post #7 in this thread.

Tested the controller and test show good. With the cart jacked up wheels will turn slow. On the ground the cart tries to move. Checking voltage at f an r switch when in forward there is voltage on the terminals. When pedal is pressed voltage steadily goes away at the f an r terminals

So if you wiggle or pull on the lever can you make the cart run?

What were the voltage readings on the controller test? ie: low and high?

you mentioned you had only 36 volts? thats not real good have youchecked each battery under a load and with a hydrometer......you also mentioned about losing voltage are you sure you don,t have a bad battery? even new batteries can be bad and also battery cables they can look fine but be crodded under insulation and restrict currant flow under load......something to think about if you havn,t........................
