Default 99dcs

Hey guys I got a 99dcs cart solenoidd click is there it acts like the batteries are dead .don't have the battery voltage meter but according to the charger batteries seem ok. also was just back outside messing with it and in rev it still acted like it wanted to go foward i will track down a dvom meter in the morning any ideas

Put a got meter on it this morning pack voltage is 38.8 press the go peddle and it drops back to 36.9 it shudders like it is trying to go just won't move

Do it again with the meter on pairs of batteries 12v then when you find the pr that drops, check the individuals until you find the one that drops...... you have a bad battery (or two?)

Careful, DCS controllers will meltdown in low voltage situations... anything under 30v+ / -

All batteries are 6.2 6.3 under load thus one has me stumped

Just tested per the trouble shooting in the. Stickies according ti that it is the its it said if you don't have 1.5 v then replace there is only .5 v is there a war to bypass the its to make double sure before I go buy one.

ITS very rarely go bad.
Your cart shudders and drops 2 volts in pack value when you try to go.
That is more likely a battery or a battery cable bad connection. Check both ends of all 13 cables..... if all connections are tight and solid, check batteries individually when you try to go... one at a time until you find a bad one?

i will check batteries again i just looked at the diag again up in stickies i didnr see the .4-1.5v i got that so has to be a battery cable

just checked and cleaned all the cables again i waas testing with a volt meter and with the neg on the b- and the pos on the a1 voltage was the same but hit the gas and it drops to 28 volts and shudders pack voltage is 38.6 drops to 36.2 whe gas is mashed
