I have an 2000 electric Ezgo cart Sunday while driving my gas pedal stuck in the down position I was able to free it but now when I push the pedal nothing happens I was trying to get to the switches where the foot pedal goes in but not sure how to get it off or evev if I'm on the right track need some help

Your going the right direction. Remove the driver sill plate, pull up the floor mat and you'll see the access panel. (you might be able to just pull the floormat up) Take access panel off then pull the top of the pedal box off (4 screws). Inside will be the micro. I'd imagine the innards got all mangled up causing the pedal lock and the micro is totalled. Not very common.
