Default Club Car Wheel Rubbing Sound

Recently my 2001 car sounds as though it is rubbing on something in the front wheel section only. it happens primarily when turning. The harder I turn, the more significant the rubbing. What should I be looking for? What actions should I take?

Scuff marks on tire, but thinking loose wheel, loose wheel baring, also check toe in.

Also, most common problem is a worn out spring bushing, when this happens the tolerance between the wheel and the spring is removed as the shot bushing does not hold the spring in place, resulting in the bottom of the spring to rubbing the wheel. Check the inside of the wheel for scuffs or groves, it'll be easy to see as well as the bushing will be easy to see if it shot.
