Default 2007 precedent stops at full pedal

I have a 2007 precedent IQ series cart.
Initially, it would not run at all. I changed the speed controller and still the same, so I changed the MCOR unit and now it will run but only about two thirds throttle. I also changed out the speed sensor. Any ideas?

Check for wear between GO pedal and MCOR input shaft where the "fork" from the input shaft meets the GO pedal . . . you should be able to see this by looking down from top of vehicle behind GO pedal . . . my 06 DS has wear at this point and required a shim at this mesh point to achieve full throttle (temp fix until I bring it home for winter) . . . some have used tubing over the "fork" for the forward motion to do same . . . good luck!

Thanks Steve, but I can't detect any wear. I hope am looking in the right place. I thinkyou are talking about the shaft that goes into the MCOR unit.

Yes . . where the MCOR shaft mates with the GO pedal, viewing from above . . . there should be positive contact there with no space between pedal and MCOR "fork" . . . MCOR shaft should start to rotate with pedal instantly when depressed . . . mine did not rotate until pedal was almost half way to floor boards . . . it only takes 1/32" or less of space to create issues with being able to obtain full throttle . . .

I get an immediate response when I depress the pedal. Any other thoughts?
Thanks
