Re: upgraded my Ds but still slow!! what is the deal?
well they should be in good contact with each other the full lenth of the movement....know what i mean almost like a gap in a set of points but on this you want no gap with a good snug fit like you can,t slide a playing card between them without really forcing it............if you work that microswitch by hand can you hear and feel it click?.................................

just move the metel arm on it up and down......theres a little plastic nub that under it and when you move the arm up and down you,ll hear a click and you might feel it also................................

Re: upgraded my Ds but still slow!! what is the deal?
ok heres what i realized when playing with the swing arm. It had to touch at least the second to last contact to get the selinoid to click. I set the position of the arm as far forward as it would go while still activating the selinoid. It now reaches halfway on the first post when full throttle is applied. so thats better than it was and I do think it helped. Im not sure what I would do now to further adjust it so that the arm would come in full contact with the first contact, or does it not need full contact? thanks, nick
