I have new 4 guage cables .all of a sudden the battery light started coming on.1blink fast then on about 6 seconds on then it starts over again. Now my charger wont come on.i tried to reset the obc . I did notice that if i took the positive cable off going to solonoid and left 10 guage red wire hooked up charger will come on. Help is appreciated .

theres a real good chance its the OBC.......can you try your charger on another cart or a known good charger on your cart?? if so than do that just to verify problem is with cart ...........or try plugging charger in and see if cart will drive if so OBC its not uncommon at all for that year and theres a good chance its original...........................

ok thats a good thing.....is it a DS? do you know how to do the charger low voltage bypass? its listed in here in the stickies i beleive do the bypass see if charger comes on....amp meter won,t work but charger should come on.....was it right after the battery install? if so than go over all your work there are wiring diagrams here for that...........but if charger worked and quit like a week later or after several charges do that bypass if charger does come on OBC.............................

or the relay is bad. OR the fuse to the relay.

if you borrowed another charger and it didn,t work replace your OBC........put your charger back to the way it supposed to be and just replace your OBC and your good to go...................................8
