your charge receptical wires are as follows...........the red 10 gage wire gos over to the rear battery on pass side pos terminal and the 10 gage black wire you shouldn,t have touched it goes to B- on controller................if wires and receptical fuse is ok when you plug charger in is it doing anything?..................................

Yes but the b- wire is 4 gage and runs through the obc and connects to the neg pole on the rear driver bat. I'm not hearing the relay click. Is there a way to bypass that relay In the charger

there should be more than the 6 gage wire on the B- should also be a black 10 gage wire bolted there also....................theres a way to bypass the relay and see if charger comes on it should be posted in stickies........................

Yes there is a thicker black wire and 2 thinner wires purple/ red-white

there should be 4 wires bolted there.....your 6 gage battery cable, your 10 gage charge receptical wire, and the 2 smaller wires you mentioned.......if they are all there and bolted down check at top of page in stickies for doing the relay bypass and if the bypass works and charger comes on it would indicate the OBC is bad...............................

ok i think the obc isnt working i checked the charger by jumping the gray wire .... now is it ok to bybass the obc and manualy charge the batteries till the obc is dilivered to see if thats the problem with my solenoid

The OBC controls the negative side of the solenoid activation circuit. Run a jumper wire from the battery pack main negative the negative side of the solenoid activation circuit which I think has a yellow wire in your cart but you have to verify the color code. After you do that the cart should run.

ok jumped the wire and solenoid it clicked and stayed conected so is this a good time to order the new obc
