Default Making batt cables

I think I'm going to end up making my own battery cable I going to use 2 gauge welding cable. But my question is what size starter rings do I put on the end of it. That way it fits over the battery terminals?

Those look like they would work just fine, but I am no expert.
Scottyb is a battery cable expert, hopefully he sees this!

Those will work just fine, if you are going to 2 gauge wire. Don't know the benefits of tinned but have heard they don't corrode as fast as straight copper.

Usually tin connectors and bare wire just before you solder them. They may be pre treated.
