After some Sherlock-Holming on the situation long behold the problem of the blubber cart is solved.....I did some investigating and found that the controller was the wrong one - installed the correct one after robbing it from another cart and everything is just great,also hasa highspeed motor now so does pretty good on just speed code 3. thanks all for the brainstorming..

Glad you got it running! Now that it goes fast you might want to use that speed to keep that thing away from any more "oversize loads."
