Soon as you press the pedal you should hear the MCOR click if not there is an adjustment from the MCOR to the pedal

Re: I GOT IT!
That adjustment procedure is what I am looking for. Hopefully I will be able to fix it with that.

Re: I GOT IT!
No, not fixed yet. I think I may have to take it somewhere. I don't know if I lost a bushing or something? Even though it doesn't feel like much, I guess there is just a little too much play in the linkage. I have looked underneath the cart and had someone else press the pedal and the rod going into the MCOR doesn't start to twist until the pedal is about 1/2 way down.
I have played with the nut at the end of the pedal/spring assembly under the cart. That didn't change much. I can't figure it out??? Unfortunatly I don't have anything to compare to. Any suggestions? |

Re: I GOT IT!
Measure the voltage on the yellow wire on the controller while pushing the pedal, I think it should read somewhere around 7.5 Volts full throttle. Then if possible just turn the shaft that goes ito the MCOR and measure again. We should be able to eliminate the linkage or the MCOR this way. Jack the cart up and put it on jackstands and maybe even take the rear wheels off. All that stuff looks good but you didn't get a pic of where the rod goes into the MCOR.
I'm gonna try and find an exploded diagram of all that throttle linkage. |
