I found the MCOR exploded veiw... could it be possible that one of the drive bar pegs are broken or missing???

I found the problem. It's the bearings in your first post. The first part in the list of your 2nd post. I just have to replace them.

I just got done replacing the bearings and pivot rod. THIS THING IS FAST!!! I need to get my speedo hooked up or GPS it in the mean time. I have some huge piles of dirt near my house and I can't find anything this thing wont go up wtihout a problem. Lot's of torque too! POWER! HOW EXCITING???

Yes..GREAT NEWS! Hard to beleive something so simple as a worn bushing was causing all the trouble. I have seen stranger though...

I have the same problem on my stock 07' CC. The dealer supposedly put a 19.6mph speed code on it. It takes me to deprees the pedal almost all the way to the floor to get the cart to move. Any ideas anyone? It's an 07' 48v CC. The only mods have been a lift kit and the supposed speed code for 19.6 mph by the dealer. It tops out at just over 14mph now. Thanks.
