Beau. I was told by alltrax to test from the b- on the controller to frame. I now have it down to 4.5v but still getting same code from controller. 2red blinks, which means controller temp too low. Alltrax told me that was caused by excessive voltage on the frame. You wouldn't think that 4.5 would be excessive. My next step is to call alltrax back Monday, they are closed on weekends. Crash test, I was thinking the hold down was leaking voltage from the top of the battery down to the frame. The batteries boiled over just a bit because I overfilled them. Not too bad tho. I was not clear on that. Sorry. Thanks for comments

what happins when u disconnect the main neg at the end of the pack? if still there disconnect next cable and so on and so forth till u find problem

Pete, that's what led me to the center two batteries. I took them back out and recleaned them. I found they had boiled over and l was getting a slight acid trail from the top to the bottom of those two batteries. I'm wondering now if I need to just reset my controller. I think I'm good now but I'm going to check aging tomorrow to see if there is any change after a good charge tonight. Thanks for your help

If your batteries are boiling over enough to cause this problem, you are overfilling them. Always check and fill them after charging and not before. The level rises during charge.

Well after a good nights charge everything seems to be fine now. Maybe this is a false sense of security. It's running fine with green lights on the controller. I will keep you all posted
