guess I could, just looks rough in there.....bed liner didn't stick very well to my old cart......stuck to the body pretty well but peeled off whatever aluminum it hit.....

The aluminum needs to be clean and dry. I know there are coatings out there for aluminum, just don't know what. Someone will chime in with something good to use.

My engineer just stated a rubberized undercoating (aerosol) could do the trick? Again, prep work is critical.

well , this is turning out to be the old "can of worms".......couldn't really work on the battery tray with out taking off the rear body.....couldn't take off the rear body without removing the F/R switch (handle froze, screw stripped) then all the wires were in my way so just took the whole **** system out.....hell, might as well take the front cowl off too, maybe get it painted.....anyway, down to frame for the second time......although, this one is a lot better with no cracks or breaks that I can see, so I got that going for me.....
