Solenoid was clicking last night for sure (before and after replacement). This morning it did a burn out in reverse after a few tries to make it back up. And that's after I gently applied the accelerator. After the burnout back to 1/16 in either direction.

Can you call Alltrax tech support at 541-476-3565 when you have the cart and your meter handy?

Keep us posted.

From alltrax suggestions...

50.8v across pack, 50.2v b- to motor (a1 I think)

Jacked the cart up, cleared auto cal. It started to run smoother but max rpm read 3300 (which sounds way low). Also it would lock up and jump from time to time. First 50% of throttle wouldn't read / cause any output, then it would ramp up like crazy. Once you let go it would stay on for a sec.

Lowered it back, took some video (I'll post drop box). Each time would accelerate as slowly and gingerly as possible and it would jump like crazy at all times. Reverse is much smoother and live able until you push 1/2 throttle and it jumps like crazy (burn out).

Forward it bucks and jumps hard, start stop repeat whenever you press the throttle wether 10% or 100%. Once you have let go of the throttle it keeps going and RPM's jump all over the place.

Throttle response should be nice and smooth from 0 to 100%. Something is really wrong with the throttle setup.

I think the best advice I can give is to stop trying to run it.... Something like suspension or axle may break.
Call Alltrax at the number I sent in email. and keep us posted. I have never heard of this before and everything appears correct in the program.

Fragged motor... Out the old motor back in and no issues. Smooth, no jerkiness and the monitor function on the controller app was right on target.

Have to send the motor back, hopefully
