2000 DS won’t move with fully charged batteries
I have a 2000 club car ds with charged batteries (50. but it won’t move. I tried replacing the micro switch, but still nothing. I recently upgraded the solenoid and controller and haven’t been able to get it to move since. I tried putting the old controller back in, but it still won’t move. Not sure what is wrong (or what I did wrong). Any help would be appreciated:)

Does the solenoid click when you press the Go pedal?

Like barlow said. The first thing you need to do is find out why it is not clicking. What drive system do you have?

Re: 2000 DS won’t move with fully charged batteries
The 48 v + for the activation circuits come from the sonic weld. Make sure you are getting 48v + to the solenoids. The negative to the small posts comes from the controller.
With run/tow in run key on, in F or R are you getting 48v + to the small posts? Jack the rear wheels off the ground. |

I am getting 51.9 on the positive solenoid (passenger side). No reading on the negative (driver side).

The reverse buzzer is not working either. Not sure if that helps, just something else I noticed about it. Thanks:)
