Yeah CG, very lucky! The batteries on this thing were overflowing when I bought it because of overfill. I expected a lot worse.

Finished up chassis paint. Looks good considering its with a paint can and not automotive sprayer.

Update! I was finally able to get a little time to work on the cart. I have also been waiting on parts to come in.

I am now waiting on the rear diff to drain the old fluid out so that I can fill it with some Mobil 1 synthetic 75w90. I figured I would go ahead and change it while it is not installed and easy to level. Once I get it filled, I will put the rear end back together(hopefully finish early in the evening. I may or may not have time to start on the front tonight but I have a hall pass from the better half for this weekend. I think she is more ready for me to finish than I am.

This morning, I picked up a new 2016 Onyx metallic body and black sun top. I was able to work a deal with a semi-local dealer on a body that was taken off a cart when new so it is in great shape.

Once I get the rear diff reinstalled, I will post some updated pictures this evening.

Have a great day!

You may want to check with Yamaha on the fluid for the rear diff. The brake is inside and I think it requires a special fluid.
