-I could get 23mph prior to the new motor, but that was pedal to the floor and close to my max. Note my cart has pretty fresh Trojan batteries so that may factor in why my cart tends to be on the fast side.
-I chose the 300 amp with the help of Don at Plowmans carts because my cart is pretty much a street cruiser and non lifted. I also never planned on changing the motor because the 300 amp was the safest bet for a stock cart. The controller alone transformed my cart!

Thanks Bball. Nice looking cart there. I think I'll opt for the same size wheel/tire combo. Regarding the Alltrax, I went with the XCT 48400 simply because I had an upgraded motor already, but ScottyB later informed me the same thing you just mentioned, that I could get 23ish MPH with just a controller replacement on a stock motor.
