yes I did I put in a new solenoid because the cart would not work after the winter in my garage. I kept the batteries charged all winter.. I measured for voltage going to the small terminals of solenoid and there is none.cant figure out why,I have voltage at the run/tow switch and the key switch

Run/tow in run, to get + batt to solenoid

(Good to have it jacked up)

Key on &
Pedal pressed & in fwd or Rvs
To get - batt from controller to the other small terminal to energize the solenoid

Switch to "Tow" !!!
Pin 1&2 on controller have +batt in "Run" , might arc
(I like to pull - batt lead too)
Check/clean all connectors/plug-in jacks (CRC Electra clean & blow dry)
I've found a loose/dirty connections cause same symptoms

when I turn key on there is no click sound from solonoid.for some reason ..is there more than one fuse besides the 3 amp? I have power at tow/run switch.but no power at the connector that goes to the small terminals on solonoid,.

I have been trouble shooting this problem and heres what I found... theres 2 wires going to the small terminals on solenoid, one is red and orange, the other is red with black stripe..theres power coming on the red and orange which is coming from the run/tow switch...the other red and black stripe wire is coming from the controller ,I think is suppose to be acting as a ground but its not..this is why the solenoid is not switching.....does this mean that the controller which is not stock not working right???? this cart is a 2007 ydre electric any help would be appreciated

The controller applies that (B-) signal based on inputs. Check the stop switch, the throttle sensor and the wiring & connectors before you start shopping for the controller.

Oh God a 2007 the dreaded 12v battery setup lol. I agree with meimk, check the components first, more likely the problem is there than the controller. Might be your stop switch hopefully
