Yes, you will see it's held in with 2 philips screws and plugged into the harness. The harness may be hidden under the car with zip ties and flexible metal tabs so you may need to do a little cutting and bending to remove it

Sorry not the brake pedal it's associated with the gas pedal. It has a pin that contacts a flat plate on the gas pedal that when you press the pedal down, the plate moves away and allows the electricity to go through

Now that you mention it has been sitting for three months, are you sure it's not any of the batteries? I noticed you didn't say anything about your batteries. Also, I have fixed a few g29 carts that were not running because a mouse or rat chewed a wire or 2 under the floor access panel. It makes a nice home for rodents and they like it lol. So when you open up the floor you don't know what you'll find

Throttle sensor is a black thing to the very right of the pedal assembly. It has a harness plug in it too

Have you checked the gray wire from the charging receptacle to Pin 2 (red/yellow at pin 2) of the controller main harness. This wire feeds power to the controller. Without power on this wire the controller will not work, regardless of power to Tow-Run. It is your safety to keep the cart from being moved while plugged into the charger.
