Smile Early 90's club car engine

My brother has a early 90's Club Car DS that has an engine that says Club Car on it. The engine has the cylinder setting in a straight verticle position, not at a 45 degree angle like all of the diagrams that I see on the internet. I am trying to identify the engine and get some specifications on it. Can someone help me with the engine identification. Your help will be appreciated.

Welcome to BGW!

The early flat head engines are most commonly known as a KF82 (or FZ340 depending who you talk to!)
