Based on the picture in post#1, you have a "series" cart. Not PDS or DCS. In series carts the F/R switch is mechanical and frequently a point of failure when the cart is modified for use beyond golf operations such as large tires associated with lifts and additional weight of back seat/passengers.
Replace with a heavy duty version of the switch or with reversing contactors (best). Reversing contactors is a better solution but a more complicated install. There is a kit available. |
