You are very welcome here!!! I have a 01 turf 2 carry all and we have around 10 carryalls in the gang anywhere from 87 on up!!! Only one of the guys was fortunate enough to get the hydraulic bed lift..All of our carts are lifted and we ride them very hard!! Mine is doing real close to 40 mph with a built FE 350....(machine work by CCP of course) Let me know if i can help!

My '99 came with hydraulics but some genius removed the works along with the front brakes before I got to it. Some peoples kids!
I found it somewhat cost prohibitive to replace the pump and actuator for as often as I've wanted to actually dump something from the bed; have gone the shovel route thus far.
I did install a modified prop rod from an old S-10 pickup so I could work on the motor/rear-end without having to find a trusty wooden stick every time though. I couldn't complain much for the $300 I paid for it.... Dropped another $350 in minor parts and built a new wire harness and it's run fine since.

I'm on my third carryall...it's a 01 carryall 2 that had no engine or bed when I got it....I've since added a carryall one bed ,20HP Kawasaki engine, winch, brush bar, lift for the bed and just recently a quad front end lift.

The guy I bought The lift actuator from told me it was from a John Deere gator....I got a great deal... 300.00 for the 20hp Eng. and 30.00 for the lift.

Ok time for me to jump in. I'm not good at grammer and spelling so I usually don"t post much.I have an 86 carryall and I'm in the process of putting a 16hp clone in it.
A neigbor placed bigger tires on there cart so they gave me there old tires and whells which are around 21". Found a lift kit locally on craigs list for 120(in a box) and had to do some modes to the rear brackets.
Just did the first round of motor mounting yesterday and it needs some tweeking.
Overall it looks like its going to work and I can't wait to get it runnng.

Cougerman, you running your cart in reverse cause of the original clock wise engine it came with?
I like the carryalls but cant find a pre 96 for a bigger engine upgrade

Thanks for the complement bifferd

Yep BLACK DEATH,I'm running in reverse to go forward...but it's not to bad
I did some mods to deal with it...first I put 6.1 HS gears in the rear. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...light=hs+gears
that took me from a top speed of 16 mph to 40 mph ,but I lost bottom end.
so I put a larger diameter driven clutch off an old bombardier snowmobile
this gave me back my lower end..now it has the torque to do what ever I need it to do and still has a top speed of around 40 mph....on 25 inch tires... soon to be 26 or 27's mud lite xtr's

I've had a 2003 CarryAll 2 for about a year now. Just found this forum when I decided to lift it. It's gas with a manual box lift, headlights, and all stock as far as I know.
