Default ok....i am stumped for sure....wiring problems i presume

the battery rack was bad on my wifes cart that she uses pretty regular...i built a new rack and reinstalled all the batteries and now it wont click it wont do anything...i have checked the micro switch in the pedal...and the foward and reverse selector...i put a new hd solenoid on it....i could have sworn that i put everything back just like it came apart on the wiring...i can jump the hot side of the solenoid...old and new....to the hot side and everything works...i have checked and excluded all the wiring harness to not be shorted...i have checked the switch.....i have went over everything on this thing 3 or 4 times to make sure on the wiring....now the only thing i had that is unusual was i missed tighting one of the batterys and got a lil spark when i put it up at first....not thing serious and was immediately tightened up...after that was when this started...the reason for me replacing the solenoid...i can not find a fuse or anything of this sort so i guess there is not one.....i am completely confused...i am not a dummy on mechanical things or electrical things.....but i can admit...i am a dummy here.....any help would be greatly appreciated cause my wife is handicapped and she is gonna be upset if i dont get it up and going....Thanks in advance

You wrote a half a page without telling us which drive system you are asking about

Most like you will find no power to the key switch.

Series cart power from B+ source is either charge receptacle (sm. red/white wire) or later model Battery pack main B+ to F&R micro switch to blue wire to key.

Your problem lies in the source or switch described above.

ok....i think i have found the object you are talking about....where the charger plugs in there is a red/white wire that has like a little black resistor in it..inside the female plug...and you seem to be correct....there is no current of any kind coming out thru it...is this what you are saying is bad.....if so how much voltage is suppose to coming thru there?....

This is a common problem you are about to solve for no cost. Simply reroute the wire to the battery pack main + .
The original connection in the charge receptacle was a reed switch which interrupted power when the charger was connected. It is a safety device to prevent somebody from driving off with the charger plugged in and dragging behind... If you bypass the reed switch as shown below create your own safety system by running the charge cord through the steering wheel before plugging into the cart.
