2019 EZGO 72 Volt speed issue

My 2019 EZGO 72 volt TXT Freedom used to run about 19mph from the factory, but it is now only doing about 18mph. I have been advised that it is capable, from the factory of about 40-60 mph. Can someone tell me if this is true and if so, how can I at least get it to 25 to 30 mph so I don't get run over on the road since my cart is street legal here in Ohio and we use it at the campground and in the small town we camp in. Thank you in advance for any advice, it looks like I need to get it to Bob, but not sure how to do that.

Bob would have to do the cart with the controller in it. It can't be mailed in.

Bob doesn't go to Ohio very often. You would be better to trailer it to him. I'll send you a pm.
