Default 07' Precedent IQ help and suggestions

Hello all, new to the forum and looking for some help for parts and troubleshooting a speed problem.

First I have a 2007 Precedent PQ0742 that I bought off of a golf course and I want to set it up as a hunting/trail vehicle. I want to give it a lift and put 10 inch rims on it. As well as a rear cargo box. But the problem I have is that the canopy is different than most I have seen and the seat back is mounted differently. Can anyone tell me what seat back I need that will make them like all the others I've seen so I can mount a box?

Also, I have had this cart for about 6 months and have only had to charge the batteries 3 times with moderate use. When I first got it, it would do 14 in the gravel and now it's struggles to do 13 on pavement. Are my batteries at fault or do I have dust somewhere I shouldn't?

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions, and I am sorry if the answers are here. I have not found them.

Pic after wash!

FIRST OF ALL WELCOME TO THE BEST CART SITE.
To conserve the life and power of your batterys they should be placed on charger after each use regardless of how long, and left hooked up until next trip. The stock charger will turn on and off as needed and does the best job of extending battery life if used correctly.
On your cargo box check with our the forums sponsors for info needed to adapt to your canopy.
