Default 93 Marathon Problem

Bought this last week and replaced all 6 batteries, Installed them last night now cart is cutting in and out while driving it. You can hear it click when you press on throttle. So figure the solenoid is good have replaced a couple of wires that looked bad between controller and micro switch on throttle micro switch. You can turn key switch and Forward and reverse back and forth and sometimes it will start working. Any Ideas this is a new ball game to me never had a electric cart before Thanks Craig

When it stops running, can you hear the solenoid disengage? When you hear it click, does it always go, or does it always click even when it doesn't go?

If it works sometimes when you rock the F&R switch back and forth I would look at the F&R switch. Check all connections, make sure they are clean and tight. Check the contacts and check the micro switches on the F&R switch.
