Looking for an easy printable version of the Service Manual for 1991 Ezgo gas cart. 295 cc Robin engine.

looking to identify my cart but can not find any identification plate containing the serial number. I know the engine is a 1992 model 295 cc robin. Looking for a book to assist me setting the accelerator cable adjustment but the book I find shows a 2 cable system. My unit has only 1 cable. My cart has a fresh engine rebuild but looses power when you try to go up an incline. any information would help. could it be a faulty governor? If I run it with out the seat and open the throttle more the engine bogs down.
