G14 won't go in gear

My g14 won't go in forward or reverse. It makes a slight grinding noise in forward and reverse. I have no idea what it could be besides the cable. It shouldn't be grinding though should it.

Take a close look at the driven clutch. I've seen several come apart and throw the inboard portion hard against the Transmission case. Won't move & grinding noise.
