Default Yamaha G2 Input Shaft Spacer Material?

Are these shaft spacers made out of metal (steel/aluminum)?

Looking to make a hub with maybe 2 of these spacers to attach to a sprocket.

They are steel. Just checked one with the magnet.

Mine looked like powder cast or whatever you call it, its metal for sure. I'd have to wire burn that spline to make one I think.

I'm thinking I will have to create a hub for the spacer to sit in. Ordered 2 of them from golf cart king should be here sometime this week.
