Default 2008 Yamaha YDRE

I have a 08 Yamaha ydre, I have done everything and am still lost
I got new batteries and charger in 2020
New solenoid and stop relay switch June 2021.
I have only had the golf cart running for a few months in the last 3 years. I took it to the local golf cart store they charged the batteries and everything worked. Also took my charger made sure it worked. Brought it home parked it let it sit for 5 hours went to try and take it around the block and plug it back in for a full charge. I got no clicking noise now and the charger tells me itís charging batteries

Just looked at the colts each battery is reading between 6 and 7 volts

May be the solenoid just checked the reading and it shows volts in but no volts to the controller

The cart should have a 4 x 12v setup and you only got 6-7v? Post the pack voltage and the exact voltage of each single battery. The type/brand of batteries also.

Yep, elaborate on what battery setup you have. Is it 4x 12v, is it 6x 8v, is it 8x 6v. What do you have? Your year suggests its 4x 12v, but other options are possible (I've built all the options listed).

Then your batteries are toast if they only measure "between 6 and 7 volts". They should be way over 8 volts per.

Yes, probably toast or the charger won't work correctly. At 100% SOC your Crown batteries should read 8.4v ( or better )

That's dead batteries. Measure each one individually and report those voltages before and after doing a full charge cycle.
