Default 95 club car clutch

i was just wondering if the belt should shift all the way out on the primary clutch?
i would think i am losing top end without it shifting out all the way.

Technically yes. Looks like you are getting most of it. A new belt will ride higher than an old one just because it is wider...... check the driven too. Some clutch machining pushes the belt up and out of the driven an 1/8" or so....

The belt should ride up to 3/8' from top. No more than .060 wear on the face.
