Snow Plow - Again - Question
I just came across a slightly used snow plow that is made to fit an EZ GO cart. It has thick plate that mounts on top of the front axle. All holes are drilled to match all existing holes. The winch/acutator (included) mounts to this plate and the the blade mounts to the front side of this plate.
Has anyone see a plow like online? He is asking $500 for everything. Price seems fair but what do you think? |

Re: Snow Plow - Again - Question
I sold a year ago a county plow for an ATV and mount for $200.
Keep looking is what I suggest. |

Re: Snow Plow - Again - Question
I don't have the ability to make modifications to a plow intended for something else. would those require modifications?

Re: Snow Plow - Again - Question
If you have NO way to even drill a hole then you PROBABLY need to spend money.
It all depends what you find. |

Re: Snow Plow - Again - Question
I just got done making a tractor plow mount up to my cart. With all the steel, welding supplies, new winch, and plow I have about $350 in it, and have spent about 10 hours working on it total, and its still not painted.
I'd say if it looks in great condition and it all works...oh yeah and you have the cash....go for it! If I could have found a setup for $500, I would have rather done that. Time is money. |

Re: Snow Plow - Again - Question
I have a plow from a 72 AC 416 garden tractor. And I would love to mount it on my cart. But where do you mount it on my cart. I do have a welder and I even have a little practice using it ;) All I see is the 1.25" square tubing. Is that where I would connect the plow? Anyone have pictures they would like to share.
