I still have Suzi and she is still a blast to drive. She has had a hard life. The previous owner bought her from a garden supply shop owner who found his employees making sod ramps on doing Evel Knienvel jumps with her.She had to go. Then she was flooded in Sandy and left to rust in the garage for several years. Enter Ray who mods here stock engine to rev to 6500 rpms and turns the cooling fan into shrapnel. Then melts her rings down with my ill fated electric go kart fan. But at then end of the day she gets a new heart with the sled engine. Nothing like the HD you had.

Wow, yeah that buggy has been through hell. I'm glad to hear it finally got the treatment it deserved, I really like the idea of a snowmobile engine.

Both of mine are also. More than a decade in this highly saline atmosphere Looked last nite and there was still the complete Tempo kit on E Bay for $35 plus shipping.

Tempo is a marine end user. Maybe they are a actually better in that atmosphere? Dunno.
Mine's been wet, but not salted.
I'm a huge fan of oceans, but they eat metal for fun. Spent some years in the marine industry...despised salt water boats.
