01 gas club car ds 6in lift 25 inch mud tires torque springs and nothing else done runs 33mph

2015 Precedent with Subaru EFI, slight accelerator cable adjustment and zip tie on the governor spring getting 24mph GPS.

1995 club car 22" wheels kawasaki 220 bayou engine/rear end top speed 53mph controllable speed about 30 mph..
1993 Ez-go 4" lift 22" tires, adj governor, shorter belt top speed 25 mph 1994 Yamaha G8 stock everything 14 mph.. |

Most "stock" carts are set to run around 12 mph. going from 18" tires to 23" tire would put you at just over 15 mph - just on the change in tire circumference. Anything more than that is a question of how much are you comfortable stressing your engine. Or change to high speed gears.

36mph! 22mm minkuni carb,25" tires on 12" wheels. Pretty much stock other than the carb. Know has more speed in it with some engine mods. Also does very well on the hills.

bone stock DS, running about 19 mph with the spring zip tied. Rev limiter kicks in and cuts power.
