Default Got fuel, got spark, what am I missing?

I am an electric cart guy, but trying to get a gas one going for a friend. Battery is good, fuel is pumping to carb, spark is white hot, starter/gen is spinning. What am I missing? I know fuel + spark + air = GO. I have fuel and spark, cant imagine air is the issue. Pulled hose of carb and hit with a little starting fluid but still no go. I took out the plug and sprayed a little carb cleaner in there and still nothing.

I dont know the spec. I would think over 80 it would run. My three rules i grew up with was fuel spark compression.
Is fuel entering the cylinder...spark plug wet? Flooding?

if your dropping ether and still no go you got issues either compression issue or stuck valve issue IMO

150 to 165psi!

Just for the heck of it... check to rotation of the drive clutch while cranking, it should be Clockwise.
(I've heard of people who've replaced their S/G and hooked it up wrong, causing the engine to crank backwards!)

Well, compression is only 75. So there is my issue. What's next? The dreaded crank seal replacement? Or is it toast?

No... not yet! Gas Club Cars are goofy! there could be a number of other reasons!

Question(s)... Is it a "Key Start" cart?
(if so... that's a normal psi with an Automatic Compression Relief valve)

AND... did you check the engine rotation?

rotation of clutch is clockwise. I haven't had the cart running but I assume it was just the kind that went when you pressed the pedal. Nothing was happening when I pressed the pedal so I disconnected the two wires going to the top microswitch (in the stack of two) and when I touch those two wires together it turns the engine.

When you do a compression test on a CC... you HAVE to have the throttle wide open for an accurate reading!
