Default 1987 club car choke issue and fuel gauge not working

I just bought a 1987 club and noticed there is nothing from the choke to the intake filter. It looks like it is missing air intake expansion tank. Any way I can hook this up so the choke will work ? Also the fuel gauge is not working any ideas ?

thanks

This is what the stock air box should look like on your '87, but they're very hard to find. I think there's a tube out there you can buy that will take the place of the air box.

You have a fuel gauge? I'm guessing someone probably added it as a custom feature. Never saw a stock fuel gauge on a cart that old. My "fuel gauge" is simply popping the seat and looking at level in the tank...

Here's a photo of the hose that replaces the large, bulky original airbox. It's just a hose. But it too is also hard to find. All I've found so far is this image:

I don't see why not. As long as you find a way to seal it properly, it might just work out.
