Default turf 2 engine runs rough at slow speeds

engine run rough at slow speeds unless choke is pulled out to just the right spot. have changed coil and new plug has good compression any ideas?

Carburetor needs to be cleaned. If cleaning it doesn't fix it, you'll need to replace it. Ethanol blended fuels take their toll on these aluminum carburetors.
