Default Express L6 2016 need for speed

I sold my xrt 950 club car with a need for more seating. I purchased a brand new Gas L6 and haven't picked it up yet. I am curious about these high speed gears, limited slip diff, and clutch tuning kits primarily.

Has anyone installed the gears? I can't find any reviews.
I am worried about losing too much low end. Will the clutch kit help this? The limited slip will be done out of necessity. Sure will miss 4x4 and diff lock.

I can bypass the governor but in the interest of longevity would prefer hard parts over jury rigging.

And I tried the search tool but every time I try to type in the search bar, it closes. Probably my phone, just don't want to get scolded on my first post.

How fast are you wanting to go? I adjusted the throttle cable and top end I see right at 30 mph.

I adjusted governor cable and am at 28. It could go faster, but I don't want to float the valves. If its new, remember you have a 2 year warranty. I am not messing with any hard parts until after that period. If you want massive power, go with the 24HP Honda V-Twin. Now that's POWER!!!

30 is great, I am thinking the warranty on the engine would be voided by cranking rpms to redline, and haRd parts will keep her comfy. Plus I really want to lock the diff somehow. Just seems strange that there are lots of places that will sell the stuff, but no reviews. If I do follow through I will try to video or document and post difficulty and results. Pick the buggy up in the morning. Time to start tinkering.

Let me know how it goes. i am interested. I turned my governor back up a little. Does 26-27 on flat and about 18-20 on hills. These do not like hills. LOL.

Just adjust it 3/4 of the way, still see mid twenties most likely.

I don't know. I was told that if it the exhaust pops at high RPMS that it is too high.

I read somewhere around 4K is the somewhat safe limit for the Kawasaki 400. If it starts popping it is floating the valves which is not good..

Great. Thanks for the info. Just don't want to damage a brand new cart.
