Got the motor out and the new seals came in the mail today. Friday is install day. Have a piece off 1.5" schedule 40 pipe to help with the install. Any hints on how to tear out and install new seals? Thank you.

Seal puller is best but if youre asking how to get them out I assume you don't have one a sharp chisel and work your way around might be next best just try not to let any chunks or shavings fall inside

Check out youtube. There are a number of videos on using a small drill bit and a machine screw to remove them when the shaft is still in place.
