Usually it is a cracked rear roof support. Its very difficult to see because of the drain tube.
The easiest way to see it is to remove the two screws securing the tube. This gives you better access to the roof support. Now if you have a rattle that you cant locate, take a tie wrap and secure the bottom of the drain tube to the frame. |

Something to check...There is supposed to be a rubber washer/grommet between the side rail and rear seat rest bracket that keeps the two from rubbing and squeaking. Sometimes those are simply forgotten on install or are overtightened...It should be on the top bolt of your side rail holding up rear seatbacks in between the two brackets...just one idea that makes noise I hear about..
