Ezgo 36v to preditor conversion
Hey guys basically got a beat up cart and built it up.. 6inch lift, new body, headlights, 23 inch tires headlights fenders the works.. I got the engine relathed and it gets me in the 17mph range but I’m ready for batteries and I’ve read up a little on these predator engine conversions.
Anyone have a detailed build of converting an electric to a predator gas engine? I’ve searched and had luck on info but not as much as a detailed build or parts list. I’m pretty mechanically inclined just not a welder which I may have to get some help with.. Any insight is great. I feel like I can get more distance a little more torq with passengers then new 36 volt batteries for about the same price range. Thanks in advance |

Re: Ezgo 36v to preditor conversion
I converted my Taylor-Dunn 36 volter to a Predator V-twin gasser using an Ezgo 4 stroke engine cradle and rear axle assembly......grafted it to the T-D frame with Vegas Carts motor plate.....not too bad of a conversion......
get your self an Ezgo 4 stroke reversing rear end and bolt it in........ |
