Resistor paint question
I want to paint my resistor coil housing (not the coils) just the tin housing. As well as the fiber plate the coils mount to.
Can I paint these two or is there too much heat etc that it would melt the paint off. I know I can use high heat paint if that is the case.... Just curious is all. Thanks. |

Re: Resistor paint question
I think if you are painting the outside of the housing you should be OK. I would probably use high heat paint, and definitely don’t paint the coils themselves.

Re: Resistor paint question
I agree with Luke. I don't see where it would hurt anything.
