Needle should hook into the float so it moves with it.

Put the needle valve in the float correctly, "hooked" in And it started and ran great Thank you guys so much! |

Well this is frustrating
After a couple of days of flawless operation, I went to go for an evening ride, cart backed out of the carport just fine, then when I shifted to fwd, it wouldn't go Just acted like before when it was really slow to start Only thing I could think of was something dirty in the carb again, so I pulled it off and pulled the bowl and sprayed everything with carb cleaner again. Re installed and she fires up quick and runs like a champ All new fuel hoses I did spray carb cleaner through the fuel pump, but am wondering if there might be something in the pump coming apart after 17 years of ethanol gas I'm pretty good at pulling the carb now. So that's a plus, just frustrating as hell to have to do it |
