HELP - 92 marathon with 295 4cycle - won’t crank

Ok, I’m on my umpteenth cart now - I’ve lost count, this one has me stumped..

I’ll attach pics for help, but I can’t get this cart to even get the solenoid to click when pushing the pedal. It has a new battery, and 13.5v to solenoid - I cant get the ignition switch to ohm out - so I’m wondering if that could be the issue.. anyhow, I’m also curious of how the wiring should be to the switches by the ignition and the one towards the bottom of the body in the engine bay - please take a look and see if you can help me out

Update - got it to crank - it’s running - however it will drive in reverse but the transmission won’t engage in drive - any help there or is this thread dead????

Hopefully just a cable adjustment. Look at your rear end with the seat off. Does the switch on the rear axle move both left and right to the same angle (about 45 degrees I think) when you move your lever from forward to reverse and back?
