I couldn't see the bottom half of the piston. Were you able to see the whole thing?

I will say one thing. That piston has been in there for a while. It's definitely seen some run time.

I would go back to cleaning the carburetor. The needle valve, and every orifice. Some guys have done it several times before they finally got it right.

Any idea why I shooting fuel out of that tiny nipple?

Looks like fuel is getting into the bowl, and has nowhere to go. That's a vent hole.

There's a brass bolt that holds the bowl on. There is a cross drilled hole in that bolt that allows fuel into the center stem. Look at that, and make sure the bottom of the bowl didn't get flattened. It will block those holes.

Cleaning out that bolt did it! Thank you!!!!
