Default 2021 QuieTech noisy valves

Just bought a new 2021 QuieTech , seems to have a noisy valve tap. Seems to run fine, but valves seem noisy for a new engine. Anyone know if this is normal?

Take it back to the dealer and let them handle it.

Does not sound normal to me. A brand new engine shouldn't have any odd rattles or valve chatter.
